EXTRUSION
We extrude films including LDPE, HDPE, PA & BOPP using carefully engineered material blends, on lines including one of the latest 9-Layer European extruders. We are able to use cutting-edge automatic monitoring and correcting technology to ensure a very high level of consistency with extrusion variances typically ½ or less of industry standards.
PRINTING
We have a wide range of print capability, providing an extensive spectrum, from cutting-edge flexographic and rotogravure printing to the new addition of digital. We can utilise a combination of unique printing plate technology and specialist presses to produce a market-leading HD print up-to 10 colours. We also offer a range of varnishes.
LAMINATING/CONVERTING
We utilise versatile lamination equipment to produce a very diverse range of laminated structures for many applications. Our modern machines are complemented by our low variance films. Our conversion capabilities are one of the most extensive, from bottom weld 25kg sacks, to specialist stand-up pouch configurations.
